What and Who is the Fault Data Management Group (FDMG)

The Fault Data Management Group (FDMG) was established to manage the UKOPA pipeline fault and failure database and to provide regular failure reports on MAHP faults and damage. This database records data relating to the UK major accident hazard pipeline population and the faults and failures which occur on this population. The primary purpose of the database is for the development of failure frequencies for UK pipelines.

Membership of the FDMG is made up of representative of a number of UKOPA Members – Fault Data Management Group (FDMG)
